Mrs. Calleros has duplicated her expertise and techniques in aesthetics education and is adding Areola Restoration into her menu of clinical aesthetic classes.
As a voice for the breast cancer survivor, Mrs. Calleros wants to provide each and every woman the opportunity to know and understand their choices as they regain their femininity, womanhood and self beauty. She has now embarked on creation of the International Areola Restoration Academy™. IARA will instruct medical personal, beauty professionals, tattoo artist and selective individuals in clinical tattooing throughout the world. The IARA Methods and Techniques of Areola Restoration can be a benefit to the grafting phase of the areola/nipple complex projection that has been surgically created by the breast reconstructive surgeon. Areola Restoration is a clinically approved method for completing the breast reconstruction process. It is an out patient procedure that can be done in the office setting with a topical anesthetics. It is our philosophy that no woman should have to be denied this Final Phase of the breast reconstruction process. This procedure takes only 60-minute and requires no additional surgery with minimal recovery time. This innovative and revolutionary method is now the preferred procedure for referring physicians and patients alike.
